Why has my account been deactivated?

If you log in to Dash and see the error "Your account has been deactivated", this is almost always for one of two reasons:

  1. Your Dash administrator has cancelled your subscription and your subscription end date has been reached.

  2. There are outstanding invoices on your account that have exceeded the acceptable payment period.

Your primary billing contact can check the status of invoices in your billing portal.

I have paid the overdue invoice and my account still hasn't been reinstated

Reinstating an account is a manual process, so please let us know via the in-app chat, or in reply to any emails with us on this topic, to let us know. We can then check that we've received payment and will reinstate your account as soon as we can!
