Why has my account been deactivated?

If you log in to Dash and see the error "Your account has been deactivated", this is due to one of two reasons:

  1. Subscription Cancellation: Your Dash administrator has canceled your subscription, and the subscription end date has been reached.

  2. Unpaid Invoices: Your account has unpaid invoices that exceeded the acceptable payment period, and no resolution was reached after attempts to contact your account representatives.

I have paid the overdue invoice and my account still hasn't been reinstated

If you paid manually to our bank account, it can take up to 24 hours for our systems to update as the payment needs to be manually reconciled with the invoice. To speed this up, just get in touch via the in-app chat, or in reply to any emails with us on this topic, to let us know you've paid. We can then check that we've received payment and will reinstate your account straight away.
