If you log in to Dash and see the error "Your account has been deactivated", this is almost always for one of two reasons:
Subscription Cancellation: Your Dash administrator has canceled your subscription, and the subscription end date has been reached.
Overdue Invoices: Your account has unpaid invoices that exceeded the acceptable payment period, and no resolution was reached after attempts to contact your account representatives.
Your primary billing contact can check the status of invoices in your billing portal.
I have paid the overdue invoice and my account still hasn't been reinstated
Reinstating an account is a manual process, so please let us know via the in-app chat, or in reply to any emails with us on this topic, to let us know. We can then check that we've received payment and will reinstate your account as soon as we can!
