What can you do in your billing portal?

Learn everything you can do to keep you billing details up to date

You can manage various aspects of your account information relating to billing in your billing portal.

In the billing portal, you can:

  • View and update your primary billing contact name and email address

  • View and update your company name and phone number

  • View and update your billing details

    • Billing contact name

    • Billing email address

    • Billing address

    • Billing phone number

  • Add a payment card, for automatic payment of invoices

  • View and pay current and past invoices

Accessing the billing portal

The billing portal is available to your primary billing contact. This contact is listed in Admin > Account under the section "Manage your subscription"

To access the portal:

  1. Enter your primary billing contact's email address and click "Continue"

  2. You will be sent a one-time code to your email address. Enter the code and click "Login".

Once you are logged in you should see the following screen:

How to update my billing details

To update your billing details:

  1. Click "Account Information" on the portal home screen

  2. Click the relevant fields and update the information as desired

How to pay an invoice via the portal

The easiest way to pay a Dash invoice is online via the billing portal. Once you've logged in to the portal, you can pay an invoice as follows:

  1. Click "Billing History" on the portal home screen

  2. Click the "Pay now" button on the unpaid invoice shown near the top of the window

  3. Review the invoice and click "Pay now" at the top-right of the screen

  4. Follow the rest of the instructions
