All Dash subscriptions have a primary account contact. This is the person that can make decisions like changing your plan or cancelling your account.
How can I find out my primary account contact?
The primary account contact is by default the person who initially signed up for your Dash, unless you gave us a new contact during the sign-up process or at a later date.
If you are unsure of who your primary account contact is, just get in touch via the in-app chat and we'll let you know.
How can I change my primary account contact?
You can change your primary account contact to someone else. To do this, ask your existing primary contact to get in touch with the new email address and name you'd like to set. If the existing primary account contact is unavailable (for example if they have left the business), we can usually accept this request from an admin we have spoken to before. Either way, get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
