How to control when an asset can be used

In Dash, you can help users know when they can and can't use an asset in their workflows.

This is achieved using either of two different custom field templates built-in to Dash:

Set a date after which an asset can no longer be used.

Set a date before which an asset can not be used.

When you use either of these features, Dash will warn users in various places if they try to use an asset that falls outside of the dates set in these fields. See the specific articles above for details.
