Our Shopify integration lets you add Dash assets to your Shopify store without downloading and uploading them manually.
You can work in two ways:
From Dash: Link assets to your Shopify products, find them by product name, variant or SKU, and export them to the relevant Shopify product pages.
From Shopify: Browse Dash and insert assets directly into product listings or other Shopify pages.
Whether you’re updating a product’s image or launching a new collection, choose the workflow that helps your team put its best creative to work.
Getting started
Install the integration
First, install the Dash Shopify integration. Then choose one of the workflows below.
Workflow 1 - find and export product assets from Dash

Bring your existing Shopify product catalogue into Dash via our Products field. Your products and variants become available for tagging, so you don’t need to recreate and maintain separate product lists in Dash.
Link assets to the relevant products or variants, then search and filter using the product information familiar to you. Your creative team can search by product name, while your ecommerce team or retailer can use a SKU to find the same linked assets.
When you’re ready, export one or more assets directly from Dash to the relevant Shopify products.
This workflow is for you if:
You want to organise your Dash assets using your existing Shopify product catalogue
You, your teammates and other teams need to find product assets by product name, variant or SKU
You’re launching a collection or updating imagery for several products
You’re working in Dash and want to send multiple assets straight to Shopify
You want to export assets to Shopify’s Files area
ℹ️ Note: The Products field uses the product catalogue from your primary Shopify store, and Dash exports assets to that store only. To insert assets into another connected store, use Workflow 2 (below).
Workflow 2 - insert assets while working in Shopify
Browse your Dash assets from within Shopify and add them directly to a product listing, page or blog post.
This workflow is for you if:
You’re already working in Shopify and want to add assets without changing tabs
You’re editing a product listing in Shopify and need to find its images in Dash
You have multiple Shopify stores and need to insert assets from within each store
This workflow is also available on legacy plans.
