Dash offers a selection of AI-based features to help you organise and find your assets as quickly as possible.

When you import an asset into Dash, we automatically detect objects, text and embedded location data in the asset and add this information to the asset's metadata. This makes the asset instantly searchable by any user, without the need for manual tagging and organisation. You can find more information in our dedicated article here.

Dash looks up address information embedded in any asset you upload, and can populate a text field with a full address accordingly (this will need to be configured by you). Check out our dedicated article here on how to set this up in just a few steps.

When messaging our Support team, your initial interaction will be with our support bot, Fin. Fin has been trained via machine-learning and can resolve certain types of queries, meaning you'll get an instant resolution to your issue (especially when it's outside of our working hours).

Of course, we know you might like to talk to a human, so you'll always have the option to bypass Fin by selecting "Speak to a human". Don't worry, he won't take it personally.
