In Dash, we've made it easy to create share links and collections, enabling you to rapidly share individual assets or groups of assets, depending on your use case. Often though, you'll want to be able to easily manage these shares and keep track of when they're set to expire. Read on to find out how to do this.πŸ‘‡

Accessing a list of your shares in Dash

  1. Click on your profile icon on the top right of your Dash

  2. Select Your shares

  3. You'll then see a list of all your shares:

How you can manage each share (share link or collection)

πŸ‘‰ Under "Share details", you can go directly to your share, check whether it's view only and see how many assets are in a collection.

πŸ‘‰ You can see when a share was created under "Shared"

πŸ‘‰ You can keep track of when your shares are due to expire under "Expires"

πŸ‘‰ You can also use the 3 dot action menu to configure a share (e.g. change its expiry date), delete the share or copy a link to it:
