How to see where your account downloads are coming from

Break down your account downloads in more detail than ever!

πŸ‘©β€πŸ”§ Admin users only

In Admin > Account, you can currently see a broad breakdown of where people are downloading your assets from.

However, you may want to look at this in more detail, such as breaking down by day rather than month, or looking at a larger time period such as 90 days.

Clicking on "View download activity" will now take you to a more detailed breakdown of any downloads made from your Dash (including internal downloads and shares).

Here's what it might look like, but imagine your own data in it:

πŸ‘‰ This can help you interrogate in further detail how your team, partners and/or clients are engaging with your content. For example, are your portals still being engaged with? If downloads have dropped off, when did they start declining and on which portals?

πŸ€“ Or, you can use it for more general account management purposes. If you're noticing an unexpected number of downloads, being able to go more granular will help you spot any areas where you can reduce downloads if necessary.
