How can I see who is downloading which assets across our whole account?

Updated this week

As an admin, it's important to keep track of the activity happening within your account. One way to do this is by viewing which assets your users are downloading, and how often.

Step 1: Access the data

This can be accessed either via Admin > Users & Groups > View Activity or via Admin > Account > Signed in user activity

Step 2: Understanding the data

You'll now see a graph displaying the number of downloads over a specific period of time. This can help you understand when downloads were being made, and how many.

You'll then see a table showing Downloads by user. This allows you to see, for example, which user is responsible for the most downloads, or which users aren't utilising Dash as much as you thought.

Step 3: Looking at how specific users are downloading

By clicking on a user's name, you will be taken to a new page that displays their individual downloads. Here, you can see the specific files that the user has downloaded and the number of times they have downloaded each file.

This information is great for identifying which assets are most popular and useful among your users.
