Once you have created a portal, your portal visitors may sometimes want to share assets onwards to other parties.
When creating a portal, you can either set it to "view only" or "view and download".
If your portal is view-only, visitors can simply link to the specific asset URL in the portal:
In the portal, use the search and filters to narrow the view to show the assets you'd like to share.
Copy the URL of the page you are on.
Send that URL to someone.
When that person opens the URL, they will be taken to the portal with the same filters and searches applied.
If your portal is set to "view and download", visitors can do the above, or they may prefer to download the assets themselves and share them with other people:
1. In the portal, use the search and filters to narrow the view to show the assets you'd like to download
2. Hit the "Download" button on the top right of the asset or selected assets
3. Your image will now download onto your computer
