Learn how to rule out browser issues affecting Dash

Updated over a year ago

If you are experiencing problems with Dash, a common troubleshooting step is to test again using a private browser window. Accessing Dash in private browser window rules out any issues caused by browser plugins and corrupted caches.

  2. At the top right of your Chrome window, click the three dot menu icon at the top-right.
