We've designed Dash to be as intuitive and easy to use as possible, but there will always be questions so here is how you can get help. We are here to support you every step of the way with useful online content and access to our real, knowledgeable and friendly support team!
All of our support listed below is included in all Dash subscriptions, and is available to all Dash users, not just admins π .
Getting Started guide
Click here to find our full onboarding guide for Admins that explains everything you need to do to get up and running with Dash.
Help Centre
You're already here! The help centre contains a wealth of information to help you thrive with Dash, from details on how to use features to overviews of workflows.
You can access the help centre:
By navigating to help.dash.app
From the profile menu in Dash
From the in-app chat menu (which includes a built-in article search)
In-app chat
If the Help Centre hasn't answered your question, you can speak directly with us using the in-app chat, by clicking the chat button available on every Dash screen:
From here you can either search the help centre or send us a message. We respond really quickly, usually within 5-10 minutes, and we'll be happy to chat through your question and find you a solution.
You can also reach the team via email on help@dash.app, and email chats will sync to the in-app messenger (and vice versa) so you can always find your latest conversation with us.
Contact us for any questions, including:

Your Customer Success Manager
Growing and Dashing plans also have access to a dedicated Customer Success Manager. You can set up a call with them any time to talk through anything you need, from how to get started, help with importing, structuring your Dash or any other workflows.
The Dash Academy
We also have a free online elearning course that takes you through all Dash features and how to make the most of it. The course is aimed at Admins but some sections will still prove useful for all users.

Providing product feedback
We love hearing your feedback about how we can improve Dash! You can submit your feedback directly through our feedback portal, which allows you to create new ideas as well as vote and comment on existing ideas.
Feedback is most effective if you can describe the real-world problem you are trying to solve, how you think Dash could be best improved to achieve this, and how important this is for you to succeed with Dash.
