When inviting a new user to Dash you can choose whether or not they are an admin user.
By making someone an admin user you are giving them the same access as you, which means they will be able to:
See and download all assets in all folders.
Upload, edit and delete any asset to/from any folder.
Access the admin area and make configuration changes, including managing users and modifying fields.
