If you are using Dash on an iPhone, after you selected a download option you will see the following popup:
If you click "Download" then, by default, files downloaded in Safari are saved in the "Downloads" section of the Files app.
You can find this app by doing a search on your iPhone:
After opening the Files app, you will see the file as the first item in the recent downloads list:
