Admins can manage a variety of information about their users, and this article summarises these and provides links to further information.
Finding a user
To find a user, simply go to Admin > Users & groups and type their name or email in the search bar at the top of the screen. Click the desired user and this will open up their profile page.
Setting their permissions
You can modify an existing user's permissions from their profile page.
If they are an admin, no further permission settings will be available as admins have full access to all of your Dash.
If they are not an admin, you will be able to see the various permission groups they are a member of.
To change the groups a user is in, click the "Change" button below the table of groups on the user's profile page.

Managing their approval settings
If you would like the user's uploads to be approved, you can enable this from this page.
You can also set whether the user should be able to view and approve other user's upload that have been submitted for approval.
Note that only users assigned to least one Contributor group can be eligible for these settings.
