Metadata is all of the information stored in Dash about your assets, including:
Their filename
What folder/s they are stored in
The values of all custom field information for them
If you would like to export this information, we can provide it in a CSV format for you. Just request a metadata export using our in-app chat.
This can be useful if you want to append metadata when doing a metadata import, or if you are migrating away from Dash to a different system.
