Frequently Asked Questions

I've installed the plugin on my Mac but the extension isn't showing up in the Adobe menus

This may be because you have an Apple Silicone Mac and haven't enabled compatibility mode.

To confirm, click the Apple icon at the top-left of the menubar, then click "About this Mac". If under the image you see "M1" or similar, you have an Apple Silicone Mac and need to enable compatibility mode for the extension to run.

Please refer to the MacOS installation section above, specifically the subheading "For Apple Silicone Macs (e.g. with "M1", "M2" etc CPUs)", and follow the instructions.
