You can access your Dash assets from within Microsoft applications using our LinkrUI integration.
Before you get started, you need to download and configure the plugin, and this page guides you through this.

Installing LinkrUI for Microsoft Office
1. Download the plugin
As an admin, navigate to Admin > Integrations.
Locate the "Microsoft Office" section.
Click the "Start free trial" button.
Press enter in the chat that pops up to send us a message that you'd like to start a LinkrUI trial.
You will be provided with the installation link.
2. Install the plugin
The web link will take you to the plugin page in the Microsoft app store.
From here, click "Get it now" and fill in some basic details to begin the download. ou may need to sign in with a Microsoft account.
Choose the initial application you'd like to open the plugin in.
Once your application opens, you'll see a "New Office Add-in" side panel:
Click "Allow and Continue".
You may have to accept some additional permissions.
💡 Once you've set up LinkrUI with one Office application, it should then be available in all other installed Office applications.
3. Activate the plugin
Now you have the plugin installed, you will need to sign in. You should see the LinkrUI panel already open, but if not, just click the LinkrUI icon in the Home toolbar:
Once the panel is open, follow these steps:
Enter your Dash URL in lowercase, e.g. planto.dash.app and click 'Authenticate'.
In the pop-up window, log in to your Dash as you normally would.
You may be asked to enter an activation code. If you have not yet been provided one, please get in touch with us via the in-app chat and we can provide it.
Once authenticated, you should see a message "Authentication complete. You can now use LinkrUI." - you can close this browser window and return to Office.
You should now see your Dash assets!

Is there a free trial?
Yes, all new LinkrUI activations come with a two week free trial. Once the trial period expires, your LinkrUI plugin will expire unless you request to sign up (so there will be no automatic invoices if you forget you had a trial!).
